I took over this beautiful French colonial house built in 1903, in february
2014 to make "Auberge du Soleil".
Loving good food, I started my active life by a cook apprenticeship.
I now try here to offer you what was called "Brasserie" style food then: Affordable Quality Meals in a Relaxed Ambiance.
With the help of my kitchen team, I like to offer you a tasteful experience with a palette of Swiss foods, French-mediterranean dishes, as well
as some Asian specialities.
Please understand some foods might not always be available, and there are a few items which are available at diner time only or on advance booking,.
Booking your diner table is recommended especially if more than 4 people. Direct verbal critics, positive as negative, are always welcome and the best
way we can improve our offers.

Cheese fondue is another Must for one to eat in Switzerland.
It usually consists of melted Gruyère
and Vacherin Cheese in which you dip pieces of bread.
